Yes, we do try to do 4 a year (one with each season). I'm currently reviewing how/when I'll be doing meets, so it might change, but I'm sure there will still be open meets for one and all to share knowledge/skills freely and camp out for the weekend and meet other likeminded folk. :)

I was hoping there would be one and that I could make it. They are open to all - even complete newcomers like myself. I still remember I went to the first one with a SAK! LOL.
I have a few more tools now, and I know a little bit more thanks to watching Ashley and Justin doing such good videos. The most instructional one I've seen to date was Justin showing how to use a knife properly - the different ways to safely cut with it. Would love to make a meeting I have passed so many of the things I have picked up on here on to my scouts and they are all now better at this than I am!!!!! need to meet some of you guys and get some proper instruction..Ashley pm me as i know a place in Oxfordshire that might be able to help with a big gathering..
