My name is Luke and I'm a complete newcomer to all this bushcraft malarky! :ashamed:

I've always followed the TV programs etc with great interest but I have decided to act upon it and jump in at the deep end.

I'm currently trying to get some basic kit together so that I can at least spend a single night out and meet some of the Lancashire NB fraternity.

Here's hoping for an ongoing fascination with all things bushcraft.

Regards,

Luke

Hey there Luke :welcome:
I'm a renegade! I used to be a northerner, I was brought up in Warton just down the road from ye. But I headed south to the land west of the Tamar and I'm Cornish now (Well, Wannabe Cornish!) so my allegience is no longer for the Red Rose, but for the Flag of St Piran.

Enjoy this friendly and welcoming community :D

All the best

Was grim up there this morning, I can tell ye!! I've not been up black hill for a few years - think the last time was 2004 whilst doing the pennine way. It used to be the highest point in Chesire didn't it? :p
