Was pokin around the hedgerows today with the kids and found a few of these moths.

Kinda looked like fairies fluttering about with those huge antenae.
No idea what its called... any clues?

Nice moth, and good id there Matt. I used to go moth trapping and found all sorts. They are amazing little creatures.

I made my one using this guide http://www.atropos.info/gardenmoths.html
It worked a treat. Me and the lad used to go out with a moth expert and we learnt a lot of the moths and used to find some real nice ones.
Used to get hornets coming in too, real docile they were..
