ALCOHOL FREE!!!!!!! I wonder if a slug of vodka would help it on a bit?

AndySee I didn't think it was alcohol free? He does say that doesn't he. But it does have it's own yeast. In my opinion I think he should emphasise stiring to the bottom thoroughly (more than he shows) otherwise all the sugar wont dissolve it'll just sit there. Also it says if you've haven't got Cava bottles don't bother making it - Rubbish - You can use plastic bottles, infact in some ways these are even better as they can indicate the level of pressure inside of them and you can release/vent it every other day. You must vent them if they're in plastic bottles.

He also implies not to bother filtering it. I would, if you don't you'll end up with tiny bugs spiders, flies etc. floating at the top of your bottles - not very attractive if your giving some away ;)

There will be alcohol in it from the Yeast?

He says "Virtually alcohol free" :)
