Hi there. My names Phil. I used to be a habitual roadkill collector ;) I'm not new to the forum, just not been on for a while. I was on here a lot, but due to a huge change in personal circumstances I have'nt been in here for a bit.
Just thought I'd say hello to all those folks I don't know on here. I'll be popping in from time to time, but be keeping a low profile.
To all those that know me, hope alls good for ye, to those that I don't know, hope alls good for ye too :D

Nice to see you back Phil - any more experimental recipes recently? :)

Ive just done a curried piccalli if that makes sense - made 4lb as a trial and been robbed of 3lb by family and friends :(

Mmmmm.. sounds 'ansum the curried stuff :D Only experiments for me have been in home cooking mate :D Hopefully in the new year I'm gonna be preparing to make more chutneys and pickled stoof, if I get the time ;)

Adam, not really had the chance to get the tools out bud. Once again, hopefully the new year is gonna yield me more time to get back into the swing of it and make more stoof.... I love mekkin stoof ;)
