Introducing today's stove design, which I am calling the "Foamburst flamer" owing to the can which forms most of it.

An Imperial leather foamburst shower gel can has it's lower and upper sections sliced off and the strengthened rim under the plunger is "scalped" off the top section. Because this can is contoured, the upper is cut just below the beginning of the taper to the waisted centre section - hey presto - no struggle to press upper into lower! The bottom of an Impulse spray can sits inbetween the upper and lower to form the preheater/reservoir, and has the usual seep holes inside and there is loft insulation inside the walls.

No adhesive, just press fitted and crimped edges (to discourage unwanted vapour leakage). Please do not reproduce the hinged wire potstand illustrated, as this distorted after I took the pics. and suddenly dumped 1/2 litre of hot water over my workbench - which made me jump I can tell you!
