hey everyone was just wonderin what other ways therer were to cook squirels as i have only fried them and wanted to try different ways

Just cooked over the fire works well. :)

2to3 onions sliced,3 oxo cubes in hot water with a tea spoon of curry powder and a pinch of salt put all that in the tray mum cooks the chicking in with the squirel kuver with foil and cook in the ovon for about 3 ours gas mark 6 ,check now an again to thickon if needed put a bit of instant mash potato in it at the end.Enjoy,and DONT GET EATEN BY THE BEARS............TONY.
