I do not have one myself, but we sell them at the store. Like all Esbit products, they are very high quality. I have only had good feedback from customers buying this product.

One thing to be aware of though; the "windscreen" is not very efficient, causing this system to use more fuel than your regular Trangia.

For an even cheaper stove, with more or less the same features, I would go for a Trangia Mini 28T. I have one with me on all longer trips as a back-up - and Maria uses one of these almost exclusively.

My only issue with this set would be, danger of knocks.
Anodised is great, at home I have some items constructed of hard Anodised 100%. These are fine.

When used as a coating however, it's only as good as the substrate material, in this case aluminium. I would suggest the coating will be a thin one and possibly not able to take any hard knocks, Imo.

Having had customers tipping over and dropping our demo version at the shop quite a few times, I can vouch for that the coating is quite hard wearing.

Jeep, i'm sure the coating is very hard wearing, it is alleged to be 6 times harder than s/steel.

My issue.... and this is just a personal thing....is the combining thin aluminium with a thin, hard coating.
Something will give eventually.
Hopefully, for those who use them, there will be many excursions before this becomes a problem.

Hi there I personally have a trangia 27 series & a home-made mini trangia
25462547

But they are expensive & if I'm honest I wish I had the 25 series as it is larger & also go non stick cos when stuff sticks it welds!
However I see it as a life purchase as they are bomb-proof & are like the Duracell Bunny!

But you can get cheaper versions

http://www.outdoorvalue.co.uk/products/6528-gelert-phoenix-7-piece-aluminium-cookset-camping.html

Then you can get the multi fuel add ons if you want Trangia recommend optimus!
http://www.rockwaterair.co.uk/brand/optimus/trangia-adapter
http://www.ldmountaincentre.com/product.aspx?id=5998&aid=2

Then there is the simple approach to use a trimmed bean tin to go where the burner goes & use HEXI HEXAMINE TABLET-SOLID FUEL
http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/350478620795?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar
& use one of these as your secondary stand

Hope this helps

Oops just read that you have lots of burners so look at this

I will strongly advice against the cheap Trangia knock-offs. I have tested quite af few of these (we have had a lot of these sent to the store for consideration) - and all of them have had the same issue; the material of the pans and fryingpan is way too thin, thus distributing the heat very ineffectively, causing the food to burn in the middle of the pan. Aside from that; many of the copies has got severe stability issues.

The only real expetions from the above are the Tatonka Multi Set (w. all stainless steel pans) and the Nordisk Abisko Alu Cooking Set - but they cost the same (or more) as a Trangia.

If you want a Trangia - then go for the Original. It is well woth the money. And, you may want to consider this fact aswell: My oldest trangia is from around 1970, my youngest is from 2010 - all the parts of these two sets are 100% compatible. Infact, if you find a Trangia from 1925 (when the first Trangias were made), the parts will be compatible with spare parts made yesterday. That means; no matter what you break, loose or wear out on your Trangia, you will always be able to replace it. No other cooking system on the market can say that.
