Possible new woods !!

I could well be a very lucky bugger :D having a conversation with one of swmbo's friends and said friends parents happen to own 40 acres of woodland about 3 miles from where I live.
So keeping all my bits crossed will find out in the next week about how much I can use it, and if it will cost me to do so :confused2:
Already primed them for open fires and all, just must continue to think positive :campfire:

Well been up to said woods today for a quick look, and chatted with the owner. It is used for pheasant rearing and shooting a couple of times a year. Apart from that it has been left.
It is a mixed woodland with nearly all deciduous trees, lots of beech, oak Hazel and some others that I need to identify.
We had a little open fire, that's my son and his little girl. Made a drink on my newly made meths stove, thanks Adam.
Left it with no trace as all good bushcrafters should, just really nice quite and so fresh.
I will be having another chat with owner later this week to see how much I can use it, and how many at a time.
Did take some pictures, will post soon as just got back and now have to go out again.
