Very good idea, and his tips on stopping and just looking; properly looking to start with are very good advice. We should do this in pairs at meetings.

I remember reading a book called No Need To Die by eddie mcgee. about 30 years ago, a very good book probably out of print now, but he said in it about the same sort of thing about staying within a certain perimiter and looking at what you could find, use and eat, i did try this and it was surprising what i could find and use also it helped me see what things that i never saw before, sorry cannot remember how to spell the surname properly but i have still got the book stored away some where at my parents house as had been in the Army for 24 years, only getting out this year.
