Fallknifen DC4

My DC4 is about 3 weeks old, and when using it only the tip of the knife (Clipper 840MG) get sharpened, this is because the edges of the ceramic side is raised, so how can I flatten these edges so the whole of the knife touches the middle of the stone?

Use a file or flat stone I'd guess....... or wet/dry sandpaper on a very flat surface such as a peice of glass.

I've tried very flat stone but it won't do anything.

Send it back and ask for a new one
