Pattern for a walled ridge tent

Does anybody know where I can get a pattern for a good old fashioned walled ridge tent?

I love sleeping in a hammock and tarp. However, I can not always sleep out in a hammock because I am Scout leader. I need somewhere to hide from them. I really want a walled ridge tent but I can not afford the crazy
prices that they are asking for one. My wife can sew really well and she thinks she should be able to sew one. We just need a pattern.

Wouldn't have thought it would be difficult to design your own "old fashioned ridge tent" specific to your requirements.

I don't think so either I just can't work out how much fabric I would need for the roof. And thanks for the reply
