When the night chill sets in, a small sip from the single malt, and a refill from the kettle brings the world in order... :)

Fresh caught arctic charr BBQ on sticks over the fire with some rock salt and lard in it, alternatively in the frying pan after being shaken around in a bag of wheat flour and black pepper, then add a dl or two of sour cream and let simmer at the end of the frying time.

...or fresh cought cod, boiled in sea water over an open fire, served with boiled sea gull eggs and a lager.... :-)
