Would you accept people from the Red Rose county or would that be too much to bear? :) I promise I wan't born there - I speak with a plummy southern accent - honest! Thinks: Maybe a southerner is less acceptable than a Lancastrian? :confused2:
If your sentries will let me in I could be up for this. :please: Work commitments permitting of course.

Ben I was thinking of trying to organise a big moot at a very large site with loads of 'different' facilities to raise money for a couple of charities - it would be right up your street - i'll keep you informed.
If we are talking about a quick overnighter then Im up for that too

Hi Sapper4083
I would be interested but just can't this weekend. Also I'm new to Bushcraft, not confident my kit is up to November! Got a tarp, no tent. Good army down bag and mess tins. Completed an introduction to Bushcraft two years ago, forgot most of it because I haven't been able to practice and embed skills. Need to practise the Evenk knot? Otherwise my tarp will fall down in the night. Be keen to meet up and practise. I could offer leather craft and sharpening in exchange for fire lighting and camp craft.

You dont have to offer anything just come along....the woods I was thinking of using are a bit of a stealth camp which is why its limited numbers.
Weather looks like it could be ok this weekend so Im going to try and get out probably friday as I may have something to do sunday now
