Nice one Matt! I bet you learned more in that day, than a whole week 'a' booklearnin' in the classroom eh? Of course you should attend school regularly to increase your choices and chances in later life etc......

Well done to you pal. In a modern society like ours when young folk get such a bad name, I think that you can hold your head up high and be proud of yourself.

That was one of the coolest videos I've seen in ages. It made me realise how rubbish it is to be a 'grown up'. Keep it up Matt, and don't lose these videos so you can watch them back in years to come.
All the best

Reminds me of my brother and me many ages ago...
Great video Matt, I found myself laughing through much of it. Looks like you had a good day for it, but even a bad day outdoors is better than a good day in school (or in the office in my case.)
Keep it up!

Nice vid Matt. Looks like you get on well with the new axe. Great to see you holding the log with a stick.
I sometimes use a stick to steady a log for chopping, probably not enough, usually on small logs.
On two occasions I have seen cuts in the hand that was being used to hold a log. The cuts where between the index finger and the back of the hand holding the log.
The technique of holding a log with a stick is something unknown to many people. I'm glad to see it as a reminder. From now on I will try and be more aware myself and anyone else chopping sticks/logs and let them know of the holding stick method. As the saying goes, Better safe than sorry. Nice job Matt.
