Willow spoon

Aside from getting some mineral oil for it this spoon I had started yesterday is done sanded starting with 120 grit 220 then final of 500 grit. made from a piece of willow spoon about size of a tablespoon made a bit deeper so more of a soup spoon

Excellent workmanship. Carving isn't something I've done a great deal of but when I see pictures like this one it does inspire me pic up my crook knife again.
