I have had my Christmas Trail Cam out on the farm for the last two weeks and mannaged to capture the UK's big five!!!!
Not exactly on the sub-saharan scale of wildlife but not bad for somewhere outside plymouth, I hope you enjoy.....

They came out better than expected, I left the camera in position in a sunken lane for 2weeks and it was triggered 38 times, I have left it where it is but put it in stills mode to see how that works. There are a few more place I would like to try after the sunken lane so I will keep updating.

Ifancy one as well ben,bit to dear for me though,pity though as i've got a huge badger set near me,maybe i will have sit out there one night and take some pictures.

That's so cool. I've never seen a live badger in this country, only the roadkill version. Have seen plenty of foxes and deer though. On nights I was always amazed to see which animals popped up in the most obscure places. I've even seen pigs in the middle of a suburb of Reading. You'd think they'd complain about the smell and the filth. But then I guess even pigs can't be that choosy about where they live.
