Hi folks
Just thought that I would share a quick sneak peak of a new knife.

It's made by a buddy of mine called Duncan Chandler, some of you may know him as FGYT on the knife forums.

Duncan makes my design Romany Bushcrafter and I have acquired one of his new Nessmuk inspired blades to put a handle on.
Video review to follow.

Ive got a slab of really, really old highly coloured Yew that I have been hoarding for just such a monster. Now all I have to do is find a host of Zombies to go test it on, hmmmm?! I know, Blackburn!!

Blimey that's a whopper. Looks to big and heavy for me. I was thinking of contacting Duncan to see if he could do a knife like the Finn Bear from Cold Steel. I have one of these and the handle is brilliant, it's the most comfortable knife to use. But I want one that's made from D2 and in Britain. Then it would be perfect.

I agree entirely, the knife is great and it is everything I had wanted. To be honest, I would probably never buy a knife like this but, Duncan is a buddy, a buddy i would trust and a buddy who let me have this one at an extraordinary price. Like I said before, he makes my Romany Bushcraft knife and he is the only gut who's knives I trust. I have put the handles on enough knives to see us through the next ice age, but never one this big so it will need some careful thought.
cheers
