Pocket Meths Stove

This stove design is not mine. The original idea was in a thread titled 'Altoids Pocket Stove' by 'Spork' on'BCUSA'..
My adaption of his idea is based on a hand rolling tobacco tin. Everything fits inside the tin (except the mug) & it uses a pop can stove. The dimpled bottom on the stove has been flattened to hold more fuel. The stove will bring 500 ml of water to a rolling boil in 5 to 6 minutes & burns for around 20 minutes if fully filled with fuel.

Very neat - I love DIY stoves of all types and have made loads of them and even designed one or two and I really like this coming together of several ideas into a tidy and compact bit of self-contained kit - well done.

Nice reliable, stable looking design, which has the huge advantage of knocking-down into a compact durable container.

Full marks too for making out of "re-assigned articles".
