Since I am replacing a lot of my old kit I wondered if anyone could recommend a reasonable sized basha tarp for hammocking etc, with plenty of attachments. Or does anyone know any tarps to avoid.

The DD Hammocks 3m x 3m tarp seems to be very popular. The size is just about perfect and the quality and price are very very good. Some will tell you to go for other manufacturers or other material but for pure value for money kit I think it's hard to beat. :)

Martin Well that's what I bought. But I'm still interested in anyone else's opinion. For future reference.

I have to agree with Martin, i don't think you would get better value for your money than a dd tarp but i suppose it depends on how much money you are willing to spend, i also have a couple of the British army basha's as well which you can pick up on ebay cheap.
