Nah, it's easy when you're a beekeeper and have suitable protective clothing.

I dislike destroying wasp nests generally as they have an important role to play, but that one was in a bait hive at my apiary and had to go. It ended up as Brock food so wasn't wasted. Curiously, the local badgers will dig up and eat wasp and bumble bee nests around the apiary, but to-date I've never had a hive attacked. That'll probably be a case of 'famous last words' and this year brock'll develop a taste for honey bees.

Badgers can be terribly destructive if they get an inkling that there's an easy source of take away food available :(
