Custom knife kit

A buddy of mine on another board is trading me this kit for the beech kuksa I am working on. It will have oak scales and brass pins. It is basically a small woodlore clone specifically made for carving just about 2 and a 1/2 inches long for the cutting blade soon as I get it and get the handle shaped I will be posting more pictures of it.

Like the look of your blade, be good to see the finished Knife.
How thick is the steel?

I think if I recall he said 3/16ths of an inch? I'll have to ask him for sure lol
