Wow, that looks very good! I just finished replicating your iphone pouch. Bloody hell that took for ages! Especially at the beginning when having to whip 30 feet of cord through twice for each hitch. On the grey version there is something peeking through - is that double sided sticky tape. Could imagine that to be useful to prevent slipping. Have you tried this with gutted paracord yet? Perhaps that would allow to keep using the original sheeth.
