20 people at £350 each means good old Mr Mears is making £7,000 out of a walk in the woods!!! And you've got to bring a f*&%^$g packed lunch too!!!!!
Still, they say a fool and his money are easily parted but not even I'm THAT stupid.
It's good to see that he's still at one with his surroundings. :D

Are we talking about proper Pot Noddle or the poorer quality supermarket own brand versions?
The answer could be a deal breaker :guns:

Yes, but is that just a necessary evil to line his pockets or is he genuinely interested in all of the participants?..to be perfectly truthful I've lost a lot of respect for Mears since glory and the golden god now seem more important to him than true bushcraft.

The real deal. And you get a choice of either chicken curry or beef 'n' tomato flavours!
...bring your own fork.

Steve, count me in,a walk round your back garden will do me mateT^ .seriously though i do admire uncle Rays skills and knowledge but as martin said thats a load of dough. He does seem to have sold his soul to the golden eagle, when ever he is seen on tv now he always has brand new kit etc,bit of a shame really. paul

Proper pot noodle wins it.
As far as Uncle Ray goes, I can take him or leave him. He clearly knows his stuff and has made some very informative programmes, but he does seem to take himself a tad seriously. I'm not going to begrudge anyone making a living and if Ray can find folks willing to pay what he is asking, for a day in his company, then fair play to him.
I would not pay what he is asking myself, but there are obviously enough people who will.

How about meet up for a night in the woods and share a little knowledge for free, ohh and pot noodle is optional, however it must be served with something foraged.
