Got any bushcraft/outdoor related presents this year?

This years "harvest" has been especially good for me:

-Ray Mears Outdoor Survival Handbook (from my younger sister)
-Fisher Bullet Space Pen in blaze orange, apparently the last one in this colour in Denmark (from my mother-in-law)
-Victorinox Spartan w. KFUM Scouts logo (from my fiancee)
-Classic scount's hat in wool felt (from my parents)
-A bushcooker wood-gas stove (from my parents)
-A 12 cm Zebra billy can (from my parents)

My fiancee got, from me:

-Vango Viper 1000 down sleepingbag
-Handcarved finnsh kuksa (not made by me unfortunally)

I'm with Paul on this. Got me a Berghaus fleece and a nice hip flask today but waiting to visit the city next week to look for some goodies.

Fancy something warm and practical to wear in this cold weather. Actually, I really fancy one of these:

So well happy with all that, already cut myself with the carving knife :( and could not get the Honey Stove lit either. Well diging around 2 inches of snow to find dry tinder was a lost cause really.

As Martin I got a berghaus fleece jacket, A marmite tin cup and plate (I hate Marmite but at least it will be obvious on camp which is mine),A new head torch and the suprise package was an emergancy survival pouch full of goodies including a wire saw which I am looking forward to using. My dad gave me some vouchers for Mountain Warehouse, not the best of outlets but at least i got myself a set of thermals and a cheapish snow jacket that i dont mind weqring round the camp fire. I was also allowed to spen £10 on any book I wanted and chose Mors Kochanski's " Outdoor skills and Wilderness Survival" should recieve it shortly and I will review it in the new year for you all.

I ordered a new rifle and scope which I've got to collect in the NY. Also, I'm keeping my eyes on some Ventile stuff to see if it comes down in price, as it's so expensive.

Sounds like a good selection there Jakob.

That first book you got is a beauty, inspired me as a youngster :) I also had a handcarved kuksa from the wife a few Christmas's ago.

It's my birthday coming up on the 29th Jan, so I've got a few little other bits that I might ask for, some of them being gortex socks, para-boots & maybe another zebra-billy.
