hi guys, my name is paul and i am from hull in east yorkshire. i have been interested in bushcraft / survival since i was about 12 and was given a copy of lofty wisemans sas survival handbook for my birthday. i have been an avid collector of kit, both military and civilian outdoors stuff for as long as i can remember and consider it my life's work to put together the perfect bushcraft kit lol! i run a group called the EAST YORKSHIRE SURVIVAL GROUP that was established in 1995 and am actively recruiting like minded members who want to learn, practice and share the skills and techniques of outdoor living. must be lots of people in the north east who are interested in bushcraft but are going out by themselves or with maybe a couple of others. we should all get together and do something BIG!!

Thanks and i look forward to hearing from you all...

Paul.

Hi Paul :welcome: to the friendly community here.

Great to hear a few bits about yourself and your survival group. What sort of things do you get up to? trips or meets etc? Got a website link?

All the best,

Matt

You may be disappointed to note that barring yours the last post on this thread was in 2010....I doubt very much you will get a reply. Start your own intro thread and say hi to tjhe members plenty on here not far from you - welcome to the forum

Hello all I've just joined the site but been bush crafting of sorts since I was a lad over 30yrs now and still love it. Always a student, nature's the teacher.
