Nice vid , like the askalit (clas ohlson ) stove I have one myself from Leeds £9.99 ....nice practical and lighter than a trangia 27.
Thanks for sharing .

I like it for the same reasons. Mine is a ProTec stove. But I seen the same one branded as Asaklit. Anyway, the idiot who designed it has put some kind of wick inside the walls of the fuel chamber. That is
sooting like crazy. So I may purchase a trangia burner for it...when I pick up a non-stick frying pan...

I have to agree with the others, nice work. I used to never watch "home made" vids before coming on to this site. Ashley and Co changed my attitude to a number of things including watching films like this. Very well done. I'm not sure how many people would enjoy listening to the plight of the Crohne's sufferer but over the years I've found discussing your problems with others to be cathartic. I would love to be able to make films like this but just never seem to get the time. There's a lesson in there somewhere, make time for nature.
