Morning chaps,
Sunny Australia is now as cold as a gravedigger's posterior, especially at 0500 when I'm waiting for the bus. I'm told that N.I gloves are the dogs, and I'd rather see someone here get my dosh instead of ebay. I expect I would need a large pair.
Cheers,
Schooner.

They are good gloves, but to be honest depends on what you want to spend and use them for ! The make mechanics gloves are pretty tough and will take a fair bit of abuse, I have a pair of NI gloves and while they are a good pair of glovesand at the time were free, if I had the option to buy another pair I would buy something else like the mechanics or Oakley gloves, you can even get them with a built in torch.
Don't the Aussie army do a version of our NI gloves or similar ? crew glove ?
With the NI gloves you got yourself a large size so you could wear a pair of woollen gloves inside the leather ones Ad kep the woollen ones dry. Like I say good gloves but better ones on the market now with thinsulate linings etc

Thanks for the tip mate. Just after a good cheap pair and N.I's seem to have a pretty good reputation.

Watch out for cheap copies of the original NI glove which I should imagine are getting harder to come by

Thanks mate, I grabbed a pair off the net. Ref the extra protection against barking your hands on doorways and such, it shows a good grasp of OH&S principles. ;)
