River Mussels & Seafood in the woods.

Managed to get out near the Fowey river early part of this week and cooked a few River Mussels & Seafood. A bit of a treat from the usual Bacon Sandwiches I normally have.

I knew I would be in for a ribbing. But living by the sea you have to give it a go.

great vid, but I thought we had to be careful with mussells? something to do with some nasty bacteria from filter feeding sewage

Yes I restrict myself to one Pan and maybe a billy. No plate and everything must fit in a small plastic container. Try to cut stuff up at home to save mucking about in the weather and dirt. If you plan what you are doing its much easier when you get there. Unless you forget something. ;)
