Anyone know where I can get a kitchen utensil drainer that a 12cm zebra billy will fit into?
A friend's birthday is coming up and I'd like to make him a hobo stove. He uses a 12cm Zebra so I need a utensil drainer big enough.
I know these things come and go with regards to availability so wondered if anyone had got one recently and could let me know where to get one.
Cheers.

I guess not then...

I suppose I'll have to look for coffee/sugar/biscuit containers instead.

I have an Ikea with the punched holes top to bottom but it will only fit INSIDE the 12cm Zebra. To clear the Zebra nesting pan the Ikea would need to be cut rather short. http://i1060.photobucket.com/albums/t444/barnes3126/2012-10-07_00-26-36_418_zps9a991e69.jpg

Here is how I think the cuts would need to be made in the IKEA. http://i1060.photobucket.com/albums/t444/barnes3126/2012-10-07_00-53-45_786_zpseb7a2bb5.jpg

You could also insert wires and a round shelf to get the correct height for a Trangia, Sterno or etc. http://i1060.photobucket.com/albums/t444/barnes3126/2012-10-07_00-53-10_784_zps30ec2335.jpg

It will work well to also nest the lower portion of an IMUSA mug with the handle removed to serve as a dry bake pan. A large fuel canister will nest in side the IMUSA or in the IKEA. Sorry, It is my obsession to have two fuel sources in case I don't want to wait on a fire or the wood is wet.

Thanks for this post, I have been debating on what to do with the IKEA for a few months and it looks like this will be the next project.

Yes, I was aware of the Ikea one.
However, as shown above, a 12cm Zebra doesn't fit INSIDE the stove. Fitting the stove inside the pot isn't an idea I would go with, personally - all you'll do is transfer the soot and muck on the stove to the inside of your billy. No, don't want that.
Nevermind.
Friend's birthday has been and gone now.
