Looks nothing like a Paddle mate honest, its more like a rudder :jumping-joy:
:Sorry: who am I to take the mick, the last time I tried to carve anything the wife stopped me, She said that it needed cooking FIRST :happy-clapping: and thats true folks!!!!!
like you said it was your first attempt and you did your best, no one can ask any more than that, You know that you can improve on it because you recognise its
IMPERFECTIONS not that I can see any. Keep up the good work Bri
Ps you can always get your own back on us later.

Hi Stickly, miles better than than my attempts mate, dont worry about any nicks etc,you expect to see them, thats why there called carvings, you some times see things that people have made that have obviously seen quite some time with the sander, are they carvings? I call them sandings! Paul

Thats nice.
No one sees my true first attempts cos I burn em or turn them into something else, you should see my first attempt at a sheath but you won't cos it is going to be remodelled but the second attempt will be fine cos some bloke gave me some advice innit.
Well done for sharing.:happy-clapping:

Hey Stickly - Well done buddy for having a go and keep it up because practice will make perfect. I know from personal experience that the imperfections that you see as a mile wide, others often don't even see at all :-)
Paul.
