I've just taken delivery of TW Hammock (unofficial christmas pressy to my self). Not sure my wife can understand my excitment
Me " Wow This is Fantastic I cann't wait to try it!"
Wife "But it winter and freezing you'll get hyperthermia" bust my bubble a bit.
But she does have a point, so after reading up I guess I need a under quilt. Now for the point of the post can anyone reccomend a reasonably priced under quilt, as I am running low on funds?

thanks
Sean

You can make your own, many on here have but I bought the Snugpak underquilt from DD hammocks, I used it on the DD Frontline and the Hennessy so will fit all hammocks I suppose. Not cheap but cheap for an underquilt.

Hi GwersyllaCnau,
Thanks, just had a look at the snugpak, I've used their sleeping bags and Sleeka Jkts before so I know it's reliable kit. But like you say a bit pricey. I'll search the forum for some instructions for a home made version. Though I doubt my limited sewing skils are up to it.
Thanks

I have the snugpack under blanket a pressy to myself with my xmas tips :) Love it Love it Love it. (Wish it had been cheaper though) but a great piece of kit. Although I was so eager to try it out lol I did it when I got in from work in the dark not the easiest thing to do first time lol
