I've got a few of these on my hard drive and thought I'd share. No idea where I found them - probably on some forum years ago!65516552655365546555

If you love these type of pictures I recommend three books.
Cache Lake Country has loads of this type fo thing, the author was an artist and it's about his living in a log cabin and all of the things he made and saw. There's some instruction and some wildlife or scenic pictures.
Wildwood Wisdom is where a couple of the pictures above come from and has some really good information - it's not the same as every other book out there! The style is more cartoony.
Lastly, I'd recommend anything by Eric Sloane. Whilst not bushcraft per se he wrote about hand tools, life in the early 1800s in the US, weather lore and other relevant subjects. He was also an artist.
