If you want to make yourself a shave horse but don't have too many tools or you don't want to splash the cash for a pile of seasoned timber then this might be of some help to you...

I've got a couple of my own shave horses, one lives at home and one lives in my wood. The one in the wood was make there and was made from old over-grown Hazel and works a treat.

It's fair to say that it's style is "very rustic" but it was great to build because it didn't need any fancy tools and it's based partly on my own design (I think it's my own cus' I've not seen it done anywhere else).

The instructions are in a slide form on You tube or in a .pdf file which you can download and print.
