Where can I buy a folding rain hat?

A few months ago I was visiting Switzerland. I was in the Manor Department store in Geneva and saw a folding rain hat with a wide brim and it was expandable for different head sizes. Black colour. After umming and aahing, I decided not to buy it - now I wish I had.

Does anyone know where I could buy one? The only place I found was on e-bay in the USA.
