I wonder if the knowledgeable folks on here could answer a question for me
I just bought a copy of the Complete Book of Survival by Eddie McGee from Amazon and very good it is too.
I notice that there is also a book called No Need to Die by the same author but Amazon seems to mix the two up cover wise.
Are they two different books?
Thanks in advance

They have different ISBN on Amazon numbers but talking to Mrs Ehecatl (who is a publisher among other things) a hardback and a paperback with the same content would have different ISBN numbers as would a second edition.

That's worth noting for future reference, thank you.

The original "no need to die" book I have is quite a good read, though the diagrams leave a bit to be desired. The pages are coming away from the spine (rubbish glue?) so if both are the same I won't be upset about it at all.

Eddie McGee, tracked a cop killer across an urban enviroment and lead the police right too him.
I believe he actually touched the killer on the foot, hiding under some building rubble.

I can remember something along the lines of that and can picture him now being interviewed on tv. Undoubtedly a clever man in his field then.

Well looks like I'm answering my own question... Got a cheap copy of No Need to Die and it's a completely different book to the Complete book of survival

To answer the above question :- Eddie Mc Gee's Complete Book Of Survival has just arrived today, "I know it's been a while coming". The contents of both books are definitely different. My opinion is that the complete book of survival is better by far than "no need to die" and with clearer diagrams.
