Thought I'd show you guys how I pimp a Svord and make a friction sheath for it,I grind a little off the back of the blade and a bit off the top front and a bit off front and back of handle.The cutting edge is now UK legal at less than 3in.8457845884598460Now to get on with the sheath.

No Matt I'v done 2or3 befor so I now how and I'v got all the tools,this abee the second one I'v done for this guy I'm making it for,he had me make one for his dad's B-day84618462The right hand one.

Hi ade, on the left one the front is 2mm the back is an old bag I picked up at the booty the leather is about 4mm.The one on the right is new veg tan 2'5mm with the same old bag backing.

I love the svords think they are a great knife but they def need a little care when I got mine I had to regrind it evenly then I used a Lansky on it razor sharp. I really love this mod great work on the knife and the sheaths!

Yesterday I wet formed two bits of leather for a friction sheath for a svord,I thought I'd put them up to show you guys how I do them.I'v still got to do the back and then the stitching.8486848784888489

Well it's all done,the commissiond SVORD,not to happy with the dye I used on the sheath it should look antiquey but has'ant turned out that well8559I not every stitch when I do a sheath8560and then the dye85618562That's it,it'll have to do.
