been a while since i made any so i dusted the home made dryer off and got some going,the marinade is BBQ and fajita spice ,hot with nice smokey overtones!

24 hours and itll be ready,the kitchen smells so good right now!

I absolutely love the stuff. I dry my own aswell or order online depending on type I want of how quick I want it :D


I'm hopefully going to try take a big bag to the Northern soul meet. I was supposed to last time but unfortunately couldn't help myself and ended up eating it lol. (It was sat in cupboard shouting for me).

Looks good mate ive wanted to try making it myself as buying it is so expensive. Theres a south african shop in Woking every time I drive past I stop and get some but it does put a dent in the bank account.

Once I start I cant stop, I end up eating a full 500g-1kg in one sitting/day :D
