How do i get a pic on profile : total technophobe !!

I know its a tripe question but i still need to know !

On the upper right corner of your monitor you should see the text "Settings", click on that; it will take you to your profile settings.

To the left you will now find three different menus. Under the menu called "My Settings" you will find "Edit Profile Picture" and "Edit Avatar". Your profile picture is the larger picture shown whn people look at your profile, your avatar is the small picture shown when you post on the forum. Click on either and follow the instructions to either upload an image from your computer or download one from the Web. Remember the limitations for file- and pixel size.
