At the Ruthin meet we all chipped in ( cash wise ) then did a run to the nearest supermarket on the saturday morning err not me - I was still suffering from the after effects of the scotch from the night before
if anyone has a food allergy or special needs ( food wise ) it would be easier if they catered for themselves. A dutch oven - cast iron frypan - general cooking utensils would be nice to have but I'm sure we will manage
one way or another - Oh and someone who knows HOW to "cook" otherwise we will all stand there looking at each other, so a VOLUNTEER is required .

If anyone is interested in having a go at tanning the rabbit fur/skin. If you can bring a blunt chisel or other such implement which
can used for scraping the skin without damaging it. A wooden stick cut to a fine wedge will work, but it makes real hard work !
I have enough skins for everyone.

Tidy !. If you CBA measure around the fire stone for me and let me have the sizes. Measure it like you was making a box for it to be packed into LxWxH, If memory serves me, the ground slopes towards the bender, so H from its lowest point, Ron :campfire:
I'm not posting the thing !

I had the same problem, go to the website http://www.naturalbushcraft.co.uk and login. Select FORUM, then on the bar underneath select COMMUNITY this will give a drop down list, select GROUPS find the group you want to join then just click the join button.
Hope that helps you, I was scratching my head for ages.

Thanks Aragorn,
went there and seen i`d got it ticked somewhere because it has a box with leave on it, but tried to look at pics and its come up with this message "You must be a member of this group to view or add photos."
Any more ideas
Cheers

Hi Bill, I doubt you need to join the group to attend the meetup this weekend - but if you are worried about it just drop Steve -"woodsman" ( its his site we use) a PM explaining that there is a problem joining the group !! I have just checked
the members list on the NWB group page and your name is NOT on the list of members, I have no idea what is wrong with the group site but if there is anything else I can help with just give me a shout.
