Really easy any fun way to make a sweet treat in the bush.You need just two things bi carb and sugar but a bit of honey adds flavour.

I used to love cinder toffee as a kid I certainly give that ago the next time im out, or cover it in chocolate and call it a crunchie:)

Here's my go, 100g caster sugar, big blobs of syrup, 1 tsp bicarbonate. Let it heat too much, also used too much bicarb. 3/4 tsp next time. Tastes salty n almost burnt lol

I'll try that in the morning, if it doesn't work I'm going to cook up a pan of tablet.
