The web site said that a "blower fan" feeds the fire. What powers the fan, batteries?

Yes Tommy, they have a battery box that you plug int the blower,Ken

Thanks Ken.

I don't like using gear that requires batteries. For me it's a reliability issue, batteries can go dead etc.

I still liked looking at the stove though. Thanks David.

Batteries huh?
The batteries in my camera last for about 15 minutes at -10 celcius. Wonder how long the fan on this one will keep running....

I think this is a good idea. I'm going to look into getting one. The price is $129.95 USD, a reasonable price imo.

Just plant a small computer fan under a hobo/woodgas stove and connect to a PP3 9v battery thats where the Idea came from in the 1st place :campfire:

My idea was to use the Biolite to power the other stove...
