thats cool, cheers for sharing that, kind of makes sense to why i feel better when i stay out side, done most of last month in the garden with the boy and i could notice his pattern change, he was more tired in the evening than when we stay in the house and was up a lot earlier too, same for me also i felt alot better in myself, apart from my back due to the huge lumps in the ground but mentally i was fresh, alert and felt so good waking up before the sun had risen.
