Hi guys, im Andy, i want to find out more about living off the land and looks like this site is a good way to start, im no stranger to kipping outdoors under a basha but the food ive eaten has always been boil in the bag type stuff with the odd rabbit now and then, id like to learn more about edible plants, roots ect. cheers.

Hi Andy and welcome aboard, you are in the right place there is a abundance of knowledge on here and the folk aren't to shabby either! Have a chat with Adrian Rose from a fairly local point of view he's spot on with the edibles side of things!
All the best

Sorry for the lateness, but welcome to the forum Andy. Should be plenty of folk here to help with plant ID, but your best bet would be to get out on a forage with one or two of them. It's a lot easier when you see plants in the flesh.
