Hi all, so I stumbled upon bug out vids on youtube, and one thing I noticed is most people look like they'd struggle to walk 5miles with a pack on let alone climb over things etc. So I am looking at helping people out. How many of youwould be Iintrested in bug out fitness classes? The idea is to gain strength and fitness useing your bug out bag. You'll get endruence to keep going with your pack on and the strength to climb over gates, fences etc with your pack on etc you get the idea ha ha this is a test to see if people are intrested.

Looks certainly are deceiving, I look like I could only walk 200 yards, but in fact I can actually do nearly 50 yards....lol

Having seen a few of these for the humour aspect, it would probably be more apt to offer psychiatric counselling/mental fitness training!

Funny you Should mention this I'm actually in the process of getting fit/building strength I'm aiming to do some things for charity next year but also to help with the long walks in the wilderness

Ok so it appears not many are intrested which is fine as I said it was just a idea as I work in a gym and would be able to help those who wanted help. You go for it WARDY! great idea hope its going well.

I don't think I can run very far-I've got flat feet-but I could WALK all day at my normal walking pace even with a pack.
