guys got skills!! when i worked as a knacker man i was screamed at if i split the skin... as my boss sold them as a bi-product haha... wish i was just skinning for meat like this guy... i would have got more work done!

ruined the hide alright, but it looks like he's done that once or twice before!

Nice quick job he did.. but first time I've seen one gutted after it was skinned. We leave the gut pile in the bush for the bears,
then transport the deer to the camp where we hang it and skin it. I'm heading up to the camp next week for deer season; I'll put the
challenge out there to my buddies, see if anyone can beat 1:48!
