WOW!
That's very good for your third time, I find when just starting out carving, I'am not really bothered what it comes out like, it's just the joy of carving if this makes sense, the way your going looks like you'll be selling stuff in no time,
Well done keep going and showing us your creations

Thats some truly impressive craftsmanship Tony!! All done with the tools in the pic?? I've just been given a full set of Ashley Isles chisels and I'm only making a mess!!
third time?? seriously?? faces are one of the hardest things to carve and make look good, your nailing it mate, proportions are great and if your using only the tools in that picture seriously fair play.
if your really liking carving and faces is what you want to get into, you may want to look into some gouges and veining tools, skew chisels and fish tail gouges, go for the older ones as the steel is better, all my chisels are antique and have been restored they seem to hold a better edge than newer chisels, beermaker named a fairly good brand that sell new chisels still today but the older is stuff is second to none, a few to look at, Isles (three of them if i remember right, dad and two sons) ward, Henry Taylor, Lie Nielsen there loads to be honest
and here is a link to a guy called Chris pye on you tube, i'm not to keen on the guy but he is bloody good http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO6L09rPpT4BZpwmO5qDglw and Lie nielsen toolworks http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCv4YYB2UbfkMc1LiWWYL5sw
maybe of some help or interest to you, Chris pye does a video of a green man carving quiet large too that i found good
