Hi Everyone,

No specific dates yet , but looking to do a wild camp , Jan/Feb time. And maybe a meet at Denbigh.
If anyone is interested in either put your name and some available weekend dates and I'll sort something out.

Wild camp will involve a certain amount of walking in, leave cars in secure location.

Is there anything planned that will require additional gear/supplies ?

I will drop a message out to everyone a bit closer to the time regarding the weekend, but I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to bring their blades and fav sharpening tools. I for one would like to see what different methods people use to sharpen, as mine are a bit hit and miss at times. If there's anything else anyone is interested in seeing/doing whether it be gutting/skinning your dinner, building a shelter , whatever. Just put it here.

Oh and feel free to bring us a nice bottle of whisky/port ;)

I'm out of this meet my misses decided to recreate the olympic hop skip and jump while turning the light off over some loose lego and chipped her acromiom and split the head of the humerus in her shoulder... not so "humerus" *see what i did there eh*

Thanks Ichneumon for taking time to show me around, for the short time I had with you I learnt a few things THX,
Hope to see you at the next one Tony. By then you can show me how to light a fire using your bow and drill set.
BackPacMac, enjoyed your lesson with the bow and drill mate, keep in touch as you don’t live far from me, maybe we can have the odd days foraging sometime yeah.
Picked up a good tip off ammo with regards to your Bow/drill mate, how you set the string up.
Keep in touch blood/Valentine about our foreshore forage day. Looking forward to seeing your lathe work Valentine.
The meal that was cooking smelt lovely, hope you all enjoyed it.
