Took the hound out for a long one today. He's a new Kent Police pup we have. Number 3 now.
We covered just over 10 miles. Both loved it.

Cracking pics and a nice day out by the look of it. Are those Kimchi flavoured noodles or ramen and more importantly where did you get hold of them if you don't mind me asking?

Cheers fellas, it's always nice to share a decent walk with the hound.
I did 3 day 40 mile hike last summer, from my door to my sisters. I've still got the video and pictures from that but have have never got around to editing it.

They are Kimchi noodles. If it's cold, these bad-boys will warm you up! They come with three different sachets: dried greens, flavour, and chilli. The chilli is fantastic and really gives you a kick when needed. But I love spicy food.

If I go on a multi-day hike, my staples are:
these noodles
couscous
cured meat
oatmeal with chocolate-fudge-brownie mix
tuna pockets
Trail mix (a mix up of loads of different nuts and dries fruit)

I'll see if I can be arsed to edit my footage from the summer.

Great pics Paul. Unsurprisingly I recognise most of the places. When the new moon appears on 30th Jan I shall return to the Inn known as "The George". Fancy joining me?

Cheers midas. He's a great mut! Shame we only have them for the first year. I would have kept all of then so far. He's six months, so quite small for a Shepard at the moment. Got a good bark on him already though.
