hello,
I'm repairing some kit, anyone know where I could purchase a few meters of waist band tie cord for SAS Windproof trousers the proper as issued woven type (sorry no photo) Green or compatable with the NEW issue Brit MTP trousers.

try B&Q, rope section, I think they do webbing straps, that look close to what your after

I have an auntie the works for a tailors, they do a lot of work on military uniforms. I can ask to see if they have anything if you like?

I have a waist cord in an old pair of 95 combats, which are too small for me now. Will try and retrieve the band from them, and measure up for you, You're more than welcome to it if it's long enough.

Just tried unpicking the threads that keep it in place, but nicked the actual braided tape/cord :(
Will have a look see if I can find some more lol

Thanks for the feedback. I've recycled some cord from my old windproofs too Adam looking to replace again. SASS still my best bet & waiting on a mate to get back to me. Thanks again for the replies & offers, appreciated :wink:
